The Challenge
Filmmakers juggle dozens of disconnected tools across development, pre-production, production, post, and distribution, losing time switching apps and coordinating teams. CineaCloud needed a single cloud platform to run the full filmmaking lifecycle, plus a marketing site and a backend able to grow from alpha to public launch.
What We Built
Led the development team in creating responsive web design, WordPress landing pages, managing the entire database, architecting the server infrastructure, and implementing GitLab CI/CD with Docker deployment for Cineacloud.
Outcomes
- Delivered a cloud-native platform that consolidates the full filmmaking lifecycle, from development to distribution, into one collaborative workspace
- Built the responsive web app alongside WordPress marketing and landing pages
- Set up GitLab CI/CD with Docker so new features ship continuously through the alpha
- Architected AWS infrastructure and a database designed to scale from free alpha access to public launch
